Frances White LLB (Hons) Solicitor (Hons) CTA and TEP
Frances trained with the firm’s founder and former senior partner, Mervyn Beecham and qualified as a solicitor in 1978. She was taken into partnership the following year and has worked with the practice ever since.

Since 1971 Frances has been a member of Avenue Baptist Church, and since becoming a solicitor she has undertaken legal work for various local churches. She is a member of the Finance Team at Avenue Baptist Church and since 1989 she has been the Treasurer of the Church Building Fund Also, for approximately ten years she was an Auditor of the various Church accounts. Frances was also previously, a member of the Management Committee which established the YMCA Hostel in Southend.

Biographical details:

• Bachelor of Laws Degree (with Upper Second Class Honours) from University of Newcastle Upon Tyne
• Awarded Honours on passing the Solicitor’s Final Examinations with four Distinctions
• Member of the Law Society Property Section
• Member of the Law Society Probate Section
• Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation
